Staci Anderson has been the creative and energetic leader of PRO Youth and Families (PRO) for the last 19 years bringing a record of passionately moving forward the agenda of empowering youth and families to create healthy futures for themselves and their communities.

After working in the nonprofit sector for 30+ years, Staci recognized the need to do things differently. Nonprofits desperately need to revolutionize how we respond to the needs of our communities, especially to the youth and families burdened by trauma and confronting interlinked challenges. Connecting with long standing relationships she co-founded the Youth & Family Collective (YFC), bringing together nonprofits, government and private sector partners to transform service by aligning resources and creating a more user-centered interface of programs and services.

Prior to joining PRO, she worked for 13 years at CommuniCare Health Centers, a non-profit organization based in Yolo County addressing the preventative health needs of medically underserved populations with a specific focus on teen reproductive clinical outreach services as well as youth and adult drug treatment programs.

Staci lives in downtown Sacramento with her husband Allan. She has two adult children and a granddaughter with whom she loves spending time.
